Shang Philosophy is named after the founder, (Dr.) Lisa Boo, consisting of her own philosophy about Beauty Aesthetics, and moreover, students and customers can build their own unique personalities and increase self-confidence levels in order to become more motivated and their future look bright.

SHANG FOUNDER STORY

Lisa Boo Kim Hiok is the Founder and Principal of Shang Philosophy Group, holding an honorary Ph.D. with a diverse educational background that includes certifications in nail art, multimedia design, beauty therapy, fashion, and more. Her career began in the beauty industry, leading to the founding of Shang Philosophy & Creation in 2004, and co-founding Beauty Pro Academy Klang and Professional Skill Training Centre.

Lisa has held roles in beauty care, as a certified trainer in cosmetology, and as a verifier for the Malaysian Skill Certificate. She received the Top 100 Training Provider Entrepreneurs Award in 2019. Multilingual and passionate about hiking, singing, and meditation, Lisa has educated over 1000 students through her training center. Inspired by mentors like Ms. Loo Sow Leng, Mr. Winston Chen, and Datuk Wira (Dr) Calvin Khiu, she views challenges as opportunities for growth.
